ADVISORY

Your sales team's seat

at the table.

When there's no enablement person, nobody asks 'what does sales need?' until after launch. I sit in your NPI sprints and marketing reviews as the voice of your sellers, and keep a pulse with your frontline managers along the way... a 5 minute check-in with me instead of another hour-long meeting for them. Their team stays represented, they stay focused on the number.

WHAT I DELIVER

  • Sales representation in NPI sprints & launch planning

  • Launch readiness checklists & go/no-go input

  • Sales readiness requirements for product launches

  • Manager pulse check-ins (not hours of meetings)

  • Field feedback loops routed to product & marketing

  • Resource guides for company intranet

  • Win/loss & call insights to shape positioning

  • Post-launch adoption tracking & iteration

HOW IT WORKS

01 - AUDIT

See what's really there.

Usage data, workflows, and stakeholder interviews. What you're paying for versus what's getting used... and where the gaps actually are.

02 - ROADMAP

Prioritize what matters.

A phased plan with quick wins first. You'll know what changes, when, and what it asks of your team... before anything changes.

03 - IMPLEMENT

Roll out without disruption.

Configuration, flows, and training in the flow of your team's real work. Sellers keep selling while it happens.

04 - OPERATIONALIZE

Own it, then hand it off.

Ongoing administration, reporting, and adoption tracking... with documentation and owner training whenever you're ready to bring it in-house.

What I'll need from you.

Representing your sellers only works if I'm actually in the room, so I'll ask for a standing seat in your NPI sprints and launch meetings, an introduction to your marketing and product leads, and quick pulse check-ins with your frontline managers... usually 5 minutes, not another standing meeting. The whole point is that your managers stay focused on their teams hitting the number while their context still makes it to the table. I can't speak for sales if I'm hearing about things secondhand.
