SIGNATURE SERVICE

The single source of truth for everything
your revenue teams need to succeed.

Somewhere in your team's inbox, the current process is attached to a follow-up email, inside a deck named 'sales training aug 2023.' When things change (and they always do), that's how reps end up selling from out-of-date materials.

I synthesize what's scattered across decks, emails, and drives into quick-action process guides, then put governance behind all of it... every section gets an owner, a review cycle, and an expiration date.

The result? Fewer repeat questions to your SMEs, and a team that can do its best work even on the days they aren't at their best.

WHAT I DELIVER

  • Sales intranet design & development

  • Documentation synthesis (decks, emails & drives, trimmed)

  • Content audits & library organization

  • Ongoing maintenance & content refresh

  • Site map & navigation optimization

  • Ad-hoc documentation requests

  • Content governance frameworks

HOW IT WORKS

01 - ASSESS

Understand the real problem.

A scoping call, then conversations with your manager, sellers, and resident skeptic. I audit what exists before building anything new... so we solve the real problem, not the assumed one.

02 - DESIGN

Agree on the plan.

You get a scoped plan with deliverables, timeline, and what I'll need from your team. No surprises, no scope creep... we both know what done looks like.

03 - BUILD

Create, test, refine.

Drafts come fast and get pressure-tested with the people who'll actually use them. Feedback is built into the process, not bolted on at the end.

04 - EMBED

Make it stick.

Rollout, adoption support, and a full handoff... files, source materials, and owner training. The work keeps living after the engagement ends.

What I'll need from you.

Good enablement doesn't happen in a vacuum, so I'll ask for a little of your team's time. Usually that's a conversation with the relevant manager, 2-3 sellers, and (this is the important one) at least one skeptic... the rep who's always slow to adopt new things or the frustrated marketer who is tired of repeating themselves. If it works for them, it works for everyone. I'll respect everyone's calendar, but I can't boost adoption without hearing from the people doing the adopting.
