ADVISORY

Leave with a plan,
not whiteboard photos.

Every workshop ends with an artifact your team can run without me... a concept map, a process, a plan on one page. If it can't survive the sales floor, we're not done.

WORKSHOP TYPES

  • Sales process design & stage mapping

  • Go-to-market (GTM) planning

  • Messaging & value proposition frameworks

  • Sales kickoff (SKO) & event programming

  • Ideal customer profile (ICP) & buyer personas

  • Product launch planning & internal rollout

  • Sales enablement roadmaps & charters

  • Territory & account segmentation

HOW IT WORKS

01 - FRAME

Define the decision.

Every workshop exists to produce a decision, not a discussion. We agree up front on what your team needs to walk out holding... then I build the agenda backward from that.

02 - PREPARE

Get the right people ready.

You get a scoped plan with deliverables, timeline, and what I'll need from your team. No surprises, no scope creep... we both know what done looks like.

03 - FACILITATE

Guide the room to alignment.

Structured exercises, concept maps, and the productive version of disagreement... surfaced on purpose, in the room, instead of in the hallway after.

04 - OPERATIONALIZE

Leave with a plan.

Outputs become a one-page plan with owners and dates, plus the visual frameworks your team can rerun without me. No whiteboard photos dying in a drive.

What I'll need from you.

I facilitate, but the answers come from your team. Plan on a minimum of 4-5 cross-functional stakeholders in the room... sales, customer success, and the internal operations folks who make the magic actually happen. Miss one of those seats and we lose context we can't get back. And to be clear on scope: this is revenue focused, not product focused. We're not writing a product plan... we're aligning the people who carry the number with the products available to sell and the experiences your customers deserve.
