ADVISORY

Use what you have,
better.

My first instinct is never 'buy more software.' It's usually 'use what you have, better.' We start with an audit of what you're paying for versus what's getting used. If we uncover a critical gap, I'll help you find the best tool for it... and when contract renewals come up, you'll already know what's worth keeping, renegotiating, or replacing.

WHAT I MAKE

  • Sales tech stack audits & recommendations

  • Vendor evaluation, renewal planning & contract strategy

  • AI tools for sales teams

  • Integration & data hygiene support

  • Sales engagement platform setup

  • Sales enablement platform selection & rollout plan

  • Tool adoption campaigns & training

  • Tech stack governance strategies & workflow design

HOW IT WORKS

01 - AUDIT

See what's really there.

Usage data, workflows, and stakeholder interviews. What you're paying for versus what's getting used... and where the gaps actually are.

02 - ROADMAP

Prioritize what matters.

A phased plan with quick wins first. You'll know what changes, when, and what it asks of your team... before anything changes.

03 - IMPLEMENT

Roll out without disruption.

Configuration, flows, and training in the flow of your team's real work. Sellers keep selling while it happens.

04 - OPERATIONALIZE

Own it, then hand it off.

Ongoing administration, reporting, and adoption tracking... with documentation and owner training whenever you're ready to bring it in-house.

What I'll need from you.

Programs need partners, not just a consultant. I'll ask for admin access to the relevant systems, a standing check-in with the program sponsor, and early conversations with at least 2-3 end users plus one skeptic... because a program nobody adopts is just a login. I'll respect everyone's calendar, but ownership works best when I can see what your team sees.
